New Build
Harwich Port, MA — New Build
A teardown and rebuild near the water in Harwich Port. The original cape came down and a new home is going up in its place — excavation, poured foundation and slab, framing and sheathing, now wrapped and being readied for siding. Under construction now.
Full Renovation
Harwich Port, MA
A complete gut renovation on the water. The house was taken back to the frame, re-built with new decking and railings, then finished top to bottom — custom kitchen, built-in millwork, marble baths and open living space facing the ocean. Finished off outside with stone walls, bluestone patios and full landscaping.
New Build
Sandwich, MA
Ground-up new construction on a wooded lot — site work and foundation through framing, roofing, shingle siding and full exterior hardscape. Timber-framed porch detailing and a paver drive with a stone fire pit finish the property.
Addition
Canton, MA
A rear addition lifted on new piers with a covered lower patio, deck and stair. Inside, the project carried through to framing, tile work and a full marble bath — matched to the existing rooflines and siding so it reads as original.
Addition
Osterville, MA
A large addition and attached garage built off an existing Cape home. Foundation, framing and truss set through cedar shingle siding, then a full interior fit-out — wood-clad ceilings, hardwood floors, tiled baths and a finished lower level.
New Build
Forestdale, MA
New construction from raw land — clearing and excavation, poured foundation, winter framing and sheathing, then cedar shingles, a farmer’s porch and a fully landscaped half acre. Completed in 2026 and now on the market as 24 Country Farm Rd.
New Build
West Dennis, MA
A coastal new build on an elevated foundation overlooking the water. Crane-set framing and engineered beams through cedar shingle siding and a waterfront deck — interior finishes underway. Under construction.
